Item Availability
Orders are subject to item availability, and in the event of unavailability or supply difficulties, the customer will be entitled to a refund of any amount paid.
Payment Methods
PAYPAL – Use your PayPal account to proceed with payment.
SIBS (MULTIBANCO) – An ATM reference will be provided for payment. Payment must be made within 3 business days of the ATM reference being issued.
BANK TRANSFER – When choosing this payment method, you must send us proof of transfer along with the purchase details (invoice number, customer name). Impactplan reserves the right to withhold shipment until the origin of the bank transfer is identified.
Shipping
Whenever a customer orders an item, an email will be sent with the delivery date. In the event of an unforeseen situation and the delivery deadline is exceeded, the customer has the right to choose between waiting for delivery or canceling the purchase, receiving a refund.
Impactplan uses several shipping companies depending on the delivery destination, and the customer must select the desired option.
The prices shown on the items do not include shipping costs, which will be added at checkout. The customer can view the shipping cost before making a purchase decision, which is calculated based on the total weight of the items.
Return/Exchange Conditions
To exchange or return, please read the Exchanges and Returns tab.
Whenever the customer makes an exchange or return, they must send the item by registered mail, providing proof of shipping, on the date specified in the Exchanges and Returns tab.
Any damaged or used item that does not arrive in the same condition as when shipped will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for another, or for a different size/color, you must do so within 15 days, sending the item you wish to exchange in the same box in which your order arrived.
We are not responsible for items returned without registered mail.
After sending the items, please send us an email explaining the reason and the item you wish to exchange, including your purchase invoice number and CTT registration number.
Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it for signs of use beyond simply opening the packaging (the item cannot be without a tag).
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued via bank transfer, excluding shipping/exchange costs.
Return of Defective Items
Customers may return a defective item within 15 days of purchase. The item must have the tag.
We will inspect the item and notify you by email whether you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.
Send the item you wish to exchange in the same box in which your order arrived.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer, excluding shipping costs.
Returns Due to Cancellation
Customers have the right to return the item within 15 days if they are not satisfied upon receiving it.
The item must not show signs of use, washing, or lack its original features. The tag must be included.

After analyzing the product, a refund will be issued via bank transfer, excluding shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel an order even before it has been shipped by sending an email to shop@impactplan.pt with details about their order and the cancellation request. The refund will be made via bank transfer to the account number you provide within a maximum of 15 days.
