This company has ideas. Many. And good. The kind that makes people look at a colorful "sky" shaped like umbrellas. Yes, we went to ImpactPlan Art Productions to find out what's happening and what will happen in the streets of Águeda (of course, because these streets are no longer the same without these colorful hats) or anywhere in the world: from France to Switzerland, the United States of America, Japan and even Bahrain. These umbrellas travel a lot. Talking about umbrellas of various colors that make the“roof” of an urban street is the same as talking about ImpactPlan, the company from Águeda that came up with this (brilliant) idea that has traveled the world, both physically and virtually. Patrícia Cunha, creative director of this agency, based in Águeda, in a small "house" in the middle of Conde de Sucena Garden, could not be happier with “her” project.
A project born of an idea of ??revitalizing the local commerce of a street in the center of Águeda, Luís de Camões street, which had been transformed into a pedestrian area. It was 2011, and ImpactPlan had been “recruited” by the Águeda City Council to bring this street to life. Crafts fairs, small art installations… the ideas were happening and the momentum was being created. Until the municipality challenges a more striking street decoration. Then came the colors and the umbrellas.
