After June 8th, on La Paix street, the umbrellas that decorated the streets in 2017 give way to hundreds of colorful balls. This summer season will live to the rhythm of the floating bubbles. Patricia Cunha and her ImpactPlan team will be busy for a week to assemble this colorful installation.
