Águeda returned to decorating the city streets with thousands of colorful umbrellas, after a year empty.
"It was in 2012 that for the first time the umbrellas appeared hanging in the streets of the city. Since then, there have always been adaptations and novelties. In this summer's edition, Umbrella Sky Project kept that rule.
The return of colorful umbrellas is also a glimmer of hope, of a more carefree time that everyine yearns for.
The images and photographs of these streets have traveled the world favoring the commercial life of Águeda.
The artistic installations bring freshness, calm and warmth to downtown. A project that is here to stay."
