Green eyes and a party soul. He believes that “fortune favors the bold” and lives accordingly. Between padel games and meetings around the world, he loves to communicate and show how art transforms cities and people. He lives in a village where everyone knows him… and no one forgets him.

Commercial Team
Explorer of destinations and seeker of moments. Between trails, beaches and travels, she collects landscapes with her camera. In surfing she finds adrenaline, in Pilates balance, and in art daily inspiration. She loves camping under the stars and painting the world lilac.

Technical Direction and Product Design
Inventor of solutions and occasional Mozart (yes, he plays piano and we have proof!). Since he was little, he’s been taking everything apart to improve it, and now he applies that talent every day with the wisdom of an owl (and endless energy!). Always there when needed.

A key member of Impactplan and a true force of nature. Mother of three, manager of a thousand tasks (always with a smile). She leads with determination, helps those in need, and makes the impossible look easy. When she believes, it happens. And when she commits… no one can stop her.

She’s the first to open emails in the morning (almost before her coffee!) and the last to let an error slip through in the accounts. Amid formulas and invoices, she always finds time to talk about her son — her true life project.

Trained in fashion design, she loves sewing and has even made a wedding dress for a couple! Hands-on is her specialty: she paints, works with ceramics, creates. Fun and curious, she’s always exploring to feed her visual culture.

Discreet, but with hidden superpowers. Always arrives on foot, rain or shine, and avoids lifts like she avoids spoilers. Along the way, she feeds stray cats and keeps her mystery… getting to know her takes time, but liking her is instant.

Head of Production and the official supplier of good vibes and chocolates. A master of organization and multitasking, she keeps the young team in harmony with unlimited patience. Loves animals, great concerts, and is always smiling—even on the most chaotic days.

Once a firefighter, trained as an actress, and now the colorful soul of Impactplan — ambassador of everything we create… literally (she wears all our products at once!). She talks to everyone, makes friends at every corner, and always leaves behind a trail of good vibes.

Former goalkeeper and Benfica fan at heart. The moment he gets in the car, he falls asleep (guaranteed!), but when he’s awake, he never goes without a good coffee!

Resourceful, ambitious, and unpredictable. He started working early and learned to do a bit of everything. With the right mindset, he can move mountains, though sometimes he prefers to challenge the rules. Still searching for his path… but full of energy and determination.

Straight from Venezuela to Impactplan, he brought good vibes, laughter, and cocktails worthy of a daily happy hour. The most cheerful member of the team, he’s always ready to brighten the day. Portuguese still gives him a bit of a challenge (but we’re here to help!).

The cuddly giant of the technical team. A professional joker, he takes few things seriously—except Sporting and mealtime (where he always goes for double portions). Always in a good mood, he loves lively music, and if he seems distracted… he’s probably thinking about his next plate.

He arrives just on time, but always full of energy. Blue is his color, and breaking the routine is his motto. If there’s hands-on work to be done, he’s in — just don’t keep him stuck at a computer all day!

Determined and creative, he came alone from Venezuela carrying more grit than words. He loves cycling, music, and knows how to dance salsa. His favorite color is the blue of the sea. Quiet with words but sharp with ideas. Outside of work, he loves going out at night… and never goes unnoticed!

Charismatic and addicted to a good conspiracy theory — and to coffee. Loves cars, speed, and black clothes. Gifted with mechanics and a master at maneuvering machines in tight spaces, always with that look of “I know something you don’t.”

Between travels and cultures, she has called Italy home and now lives in Belgium — but marketing is where she truly reigns! Her creative trick? “Organized chaos” (and it works!).
